Unlike other cards or systems on the market our card does not rely on a third party RTOS to execute any of its functions. We rely on state of the art FPGA’s which perform thousands of parallel tasks without the need of an operating system. This methodology allows us to control every aspect of the video manipulation process in real time.
These cards are being installed in live video paths where the end user demands immediate results. Our cards power up and pass video within milliseconds from cold power-up, anything longer in a live video environment is unacceptable.

Europa / Wohler GPI Triggers to SCTE104 Migration
The OSBP-04 Platform card provides a migration path from the Wohler / Europa GPI Triggers to the SCTE-104 Standard.
This new version of code cross converts the VANC GPI data into a SCTE-104 VANC data stream. We have also added the ability to extract the raw SCTE-104 VANC data and send it out via the Ethernet port to our analyser software or any terminal software for logging. The output data can be fed as a RAW signal to our custom analyser software or as a simple text output where basic logging is required.

- User assignable GPI identification up to 255.
- User configurable GPI cross conversion. Decoded Europa / Wohler GPI triggers can be captured and assigned to SCTE-104 triggers.
- External SCTE-104 GPI Splice Insertion via GPI Trigger. Any of the 8 Physical GPI’s can be assigned to insert SCTE-104 GPI Splice triggers.
For existing Wohler HDCC and CD-2 Owners
New code has been written for the HDCC cards which greatly improves their overall performance. The cards are now far more efficient in their resource management and as a result are exhibiting greater reliability.
During the re-design process we were able to release greater FPGA resources enabling new features to be added and improving overall functionality.
New code has been written which converts this box from a closed caption decoder to a more powerful analyser tool.
